Terms of Service
By using Win Your Morning (the "app") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
The service
The app lets small friend groups set nightly promises, check in each morning, and keep playful score (streaks, points, "Bum of the Day"). It's free to use, with optional paid features (Pro and Squad Mega) sold through the App Store under Apple's terms. It's provided as is and may change or be discontinued at any time.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you live in Quebec and are under 14, you need a parent or guardian's consent.
Your content
- You keep ownership of the names, promises and photos you add. You grant us the limited right to store and display them to your squad. That's the whole product.
- Only upload photos you have the right to share. The "Bum of the Day" photo feature is for good-natured fun between friends. Don't upload anything harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that a squadmate has asked you to remove.
- We remove content or accounts that violate these terms.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours, and content found in violation is removed and the responsible account terminated.
You can report any photo, caption or comment from the ⋯ menu on it, and block a member from your own squad list. Reports reach us at dopaminecorp830@gmail.com, which is also where you can ask for content to be taken down.
Fair play
Promise lists lock at 3:00 AM before each morning. Attempting to tamper with scores, streaks, or other members' data is a violation of these terms (and, frankly, deeply bum behavior).
Account deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data anytime in Settings (see the Privacy Policy for what that removes and when), or by emailing dopaminecorp830@gmail.com.
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Streaks may be lost; mornings may be bummed; we accept no liability for roasting received.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
